Camp Verde

In April, our Rocky Mountain Coaches for Christ had a rally in Camp Verde, AZ.  There are many things to do in the area and everyone took in as much sight-seeing as they could during the 4 days.  Any time we get together there is always fun, fellowship and of course....food!  Below are some of the folks during one of those food times.  During the rally, Sue Dart (pictured right) had a birthday.  We not only celebrated her birthday but thanked her for using her nursing skills during our January rally in Indio.  Several of our group were "savagely attacked" by the flu bug as were a large number of the 3,500 attendees at the rally.  She was kept busy going from coach to coach and we thought about getting her a skateboard with a siren, but then someone would probably have to take care of her!

In addition to shopping in such places as Jerome and Sedona, and visiting the Out of Africa Wildlife Park, Russ introduced several people to the art of geocaching, and led a jeeping expedition through Oak Creek Canyon.

The group also went on the Verde Canyon Railroad for a beautiful trip through the Verde Valley.
